Journal #9 - Time with my Brothers
Hey Guys,
This weekend was a nice time to relax and enjoy with my brothers, on Friday we went to the Laugh Lounge in Manhatten and saw an evening of comedy hosted by Will Sylvince which was a blast. After that show we went to go see my buddy Simon Hawk spin in downtown Brooklyn which was also fun. So Friday was overall a great night on the town.
Then on Saturday we went back to the city where I went on vinyl buying mission buying albums by the Isley Brothers, Average White Band, and Barry White to name a few. Afterwards we made our way to the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. This has been something I've been wanting to do for ages being such a big UCB fan so we saw two shoes and had an amazing time.
Sunday maked a brief return to connecticut where I got to see some family I havn't seen for awhile and visit my grandma who's currently in the hospital. Hopefully my Grandmas fine, it was still overall a nice weekend to see family and clear my head after the last 6 months of this and that. Now to get back on the work bandwagon and truck on.
